When Will You Make An End?
It took over
three years for Michelangelo to paint the Sistine Chapel. In a recent
movie, Pope Julius asked the artist again and again, “When will you make
an end?” “When I am finished!” was the reply. As you may know,
a programmer’s time is NOT based on the Gregorian calendar. The length of
time required to complete a project is inversely proportional to
questions about the deadline. The more you ask, “When will it be
finished?” the longer it takes to get done. At least it seems that way.
When I Am Finished!
In real life
there are deadlines and incentives to completing
things on time. Is there a way to manage
your time and commitments? Certainly. Microsoft Outlook is an excellent
Personal Information Manager. (PIM)
