Contacts
There are several options for your contact. The
Contact page is for name, address, and
phone number. Remember, Outlook is a database. And, like a database,
the more data you put in, the more useful the information can be.
For instance, if you type in the address and fill in all the blanks
you will have a complete record of where someone works.
But look again. Next to
the address field is the word, “Business.” When you click on the
down arrow you can add another address for their home or any other
place.
