Organizing the Inbox
6. Go back to the Rules Wizard and click on the hyperlink for Specified folder.


Choose the folder you want this e-mail to go to. You can create a new folder or click on one that you’ve already made.

 

Example: Linda and I work on the training materials, so I’ve created a new folder called Training and now I can send all of Linda's e-mail to the Training folder, automatically.
