Make A Distribution
List
Suppose there are ten
people with your team. Is there a simple way to make a distribution
list so you don’t have to enter each name again and again? Yes.
1. Go to the Contacts folder then click on New->Distribution List.
2. Type in a sample name for this list.
3. Then, use Select Members to add people from the Global
Address list or your Contacts.
To add someone who isn’t in your Global Address List or Contacts,
click on Add New.
