Junk Mail Outlook 2003 has a built in Junk Mail folder. Suspicious email is sent there automatically.       Microsoft provides several options for filtering. One of the safest is to create "white lists" of the friends, family, and businesses you know. The "black list" would contain senders you want to block.   When the email comes into the Inbox, you can Add the Sender to the Safe List, or Add the Sender to the Blocked List.
