Using Contacts
You have a
collection of people and e-mail addresses. Where does Outlook keep
all of these names?
There are
two places to store email addresses: The Global Directory and
the Contacts. The Global directory is a located on a server
and is available to everyone in the company.
If you are working in a small office or
home office you will probably keep your e-mail addresses in the Contacts folder.
Try it: create a new
contact by going to the Contact folder and clicking on the new button in the upper left hand corner.
