Email Accounts There is one more Email Account setting you should consider. Please go back to Tools-> Account Setting. Double click the email to open the Account summary. Look in the bottom right corner for More Settings. There is a Delivery option to Leave a copy of messages on the server. This setting lets you download your mail to two machines--the laptop as well as your desktop-- if you travel. Well, you done good. You get the cookie.
