PowerPoint: On the Road, Again
This lesson uses the Spring Forward and Fall Back
presentations. A copy of these slide shows are available
here.
Here is the scenario: you are scheduled to deliver an
important speech, tonight. Before you shut down the laptop, here is
the list of things you will need to do:
Revise the Spring Forward show:
Add the slides from the Fall Back show.
Make an action button to the new slides.
Add sound and video to the last slide.
Speaker Handouts:
Export the presentation into Word.
Print the speaker notes.
Take it on the Road:
Gather everything on a backup CD. Start ->
