PowerPoint: On the Road, Again
OK. It's time to deliver your show. Here is an important consideration: Does the computer you
are going to use have PowerPoint? It may be prudent to create
a CD of your presentation that will run with the PowerPoint Viewer.
Try it: Publish a CD
Go to the Office ->Publish.
Click on Package for CD.
You will see a dialogue box
asking you to name the CD. By default, the free
PowerPoint Viewer will be added in case the laptop on the podium
doesn’t have Microsoft Office. Your linked files are included by
default, too.
Click on Copy to CD and your
wonderful presentation will be burnt onto a CD, ready to go. Office ->
Publish ->Package for CD |
