PowerPoint: On the Road, Again
There are a couple of steps you may want to take
before you distribute this presentation to a website or server. Look
for these options under the Office button.
Properties: All Microsoft Office documents
have Properties. You can edit this information and use the keywords
when you search for the slideshow on your computer or on the network
server.
Inspect Metadata: In
Office 2007, the new HTML format includes Metadata. This is tagged
data that is used by Internet Search Engines and databases. It may
be text, separated by commas (CSV).
Try it: Check the Metadata
Go to Office ->Prepare
Click on Inspect Document
Delete any private
information about you or your system. Office ->
Prepare->Inspect Document |
