Add Security
Some government and business websites encrypt their
files with a password. It is one way to insure that published
documents are not altered or tampered.
Try it: Add A Password
Go to Office ->Prepare.
Click on Encrypt Document.
You will see a small window that prompts you to enter a password.
Caution: It is worth
noting that Microsoft takes security seriously and strives to meet
Department of Defense standards.
There is NO UNDO if you forget
the password.
