Excel: What Happened?
PivotTables need data. When you add Values, you can do some
calculations. Count
What? The
default value in a PivotTable is Count. When you review the
data in the sample Bug Report, there are a couple of fields that
make sense to count. There are many departments, and there are many
applications in each department. This is a many-to-many relationship.
There is
one ComputerID for each computer. This a one-to-one. 5. Add
the Value Go to the
Field List Drag and
Drop Computer ID to the Values Area
