Excel: Overtime
You can use
the AutoFill handle to copy and paste the AutoSum formula
into each column from Tuesday past Saturday to the Total column. Not
bad: now we can see how many hours we worked for each day A little
more about AutoSum: Select the
cell at the bottom of a column of numbers and click on AutoSum. Excel
will fill in the equation for you:=Sum(B2:B12)
What happens
if AutoSum does not select all of the cells you want? Click on the
cell with the bad formula and look above the rows for the Formula Bar.
You can click
in the formula bar and edit the equation to read:
=Sum(B2:B12)
