Adding Graphics

Microsoft Excel is just as rich in formatting and layout tools as Microsoft Word. Most of the time, it is not appropriate to add graphics to a spreadsheet, especially if the spreadsheet is a data list.

 

This little time sheet is simple and adding some graphics would not interfere with the functions and formulas.

 

Start by adding a couple of extra rows at the top of the sheet. Select row 1 and go Home and look for the Cells Group. You should see the Insert button.
