All of the
settings we have made in the Control Panel through this Security Center
has been saved in the Windows Registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
These settings
determine how Windows can protect the privacy and security of the person
who logged on.
Any discussion on security will always return to the user.

Account Control is a system that requires your permission before it
will begin. There are four alerts:
