Rich Text Format
Your report will open in Microsoft Word. All of the
data is there: the customer’s address, overdue movies, and the date
the movies were rented. The formatting looks good, too.
What’s missing here? The graphics! The Access report
had a popcorn logo. When Access converted our report, the document
was created in Rich Text Format: all the text you can eat, but no
pictures.
You can use Save As in Word to make this a
standard Word document. Then, you can Insert a Picture
to add the company logo.
