Add Additional Merge Fields

4. Add More Database Fields

Go to the Mailings Tab.

Click on Insert Merge Fields.

Select the following fields:

FirstName

LastName

Movie

DateRented

 

Remember to proof your work.

There should be a space between the fields. Otherwise, the FirstName and LastName data will jam together.
