The Grow/Shrink Property

Select Address2 and open the Property Sheet for that control. Is there a way to hide that line if the customer does not have a second address? Yes.

 

In Microsoft Word, the Mail Merge automatically handles blank data fields.

 

In Access, the Properties are Can Grow and Can Shrink. Select Yes to let the field adjust to fit the data. If there is no address2, this field will Shrink to zero: no height.
