Form Design

There are two important things to consider as you arrange the form fields: Is the information presented in a logical pattern? Will the form fit in the Window?

If you arrange the address fields the way they appear on an envelope, that would seem logical. People recognize the pattern and know what is expected.

The issue of form size takes some thought. Many Windows XP computers have the video setting at 800 x 600. In terms of form design, that means our forms must be 5-6 inches wide and 3 inches tall.
