Required Fields

In this example, the Movie field is not required. Maybe we should think again. This is a Movie rental store.

 

A movie table without movie titles is useless. So, it is important to make the Movie field required. 

 

Try it: Make a Field Required

Click on the Movie Field

Go to the Field Properties

Change Required from No to Yes.

 

Save the Table: The command for Save is the little blue diskette in the upper left corner, the same as it is in Microsoft Word and Excel.
