This practice recreates an effective strategy we
use in class. The goal is to investigate Tabs, and then convert the Tabbed
List into a Table and compare the advantages of using the Table.
Review: Level 6 teaches how to use hyperlinks:

on the World Wide Web
4. And As a hyperlink that creates an email

The second practice exercise introduces the idea
of creating hyperlinks to navigate to places you have Bookmarked in a web
page.
