Make a Movie Combo

Create a Combo Box for the Movies

Go to Design->Controls

Select the Combo Box Control

Click anywhere in the detail section of the Receipt form.

 

Walk through the Combo Box Wizard:

This Combo will look up the values from  tblMovieTitles for the Record Source

 

Select ID and Movie from the fields.

 

Store the ID in the MovieID field in the Receipt table.

 

Label: Movie Titles

 

Form Design Tools: You can add a Logo and a Label if you wish.

 

Formatting: Go to Arrange and select AutoFormat or pick your own colors for the background and text.
