Add Another Combo Box

Go back to the Developer tab and unprotect the document so that you can add two more Combo Box Controls to the form.

 

Try it: Make an Application Combo

Place your cursor in Cell B4
Go to the Developer tab
Select Combo Box from the Controls

Go to the Properties

Drop-Down List:

Word

Excel

Outlook

PowerPoint

Access

 

Make a Severity Combo

Title: Severity

Drop-Down List:
