Administrator: Managing Printers
This is the
Computer Management Console. The Management Console includes System
Tools, such as the Event Viewer, Storage and Services. Find
Services and Applications and select the Spooler Service. Right click
the Spooler Service. You should see the option for Stop. When you stop
the Print Spooler service, you will clear everything in the print queue:
the problem document as well as any other files that were lined up after
the problem document. Restart the
Spooler Services. When the
service is started, the printer should begin with an empty queue.
