The Group command is a flexible way to
show or hide rows
or columns. It is similar to using Subtotals.
Try it: Group some rows of data
Before you begin, make
a
copy
of the Original Data worksheet and rename it 2007
Sales Group.
Select of all
the rows for February.
Now, go to the Data tab
Choose
Group
Look of the left side of the screen for the
Outline. Data ->
