Type in your first name. Double click to select the word, then Edit ->Copy, Edit
->Paste
Type in your last name. Select the word, Edit->Copy, Edit
->Paste
Now, using drag and drop, make the words go, “First Name,
Last Name, First Name, Last Name.”
Do you see a red wavy line under your name? Microsoft Word
has an automatic spell checker and it may have noticed that your name is not
in the dictionary.
The spell checker can also be started by going to Tools
on the menu bar and selecting Spelling.
Right click your name and review the list of options
Select Add to place your name in your dictionary.
(Technical term: custom.dic.)
Try this experiment using the following words and sentences:
Type "schooool," and correct the spelling using your right
mouse click
Type "We was going to school." and correct the grammar
