Permission Level 4. There are three levels of Trust: Reader, Contributor, and Co-owner.   Reader can "look, but not touch." The specific permissions are Open and Print, but someone with Reader access cannot add any files or save any changes to the files that are already in the folder. Contributor can see and print all of the files, add new ones, and update or delete the files that they added. Co-owner can view, print, change, add, and delete files in the shared folder. There are no restrictions.   When you click on Share to apply the settings, you will be asked for an Administrator's name and password.
