A computer can
share printers, files and folders. By default, you will see the Printer
folder, but there may not be any printers in the folder until you decide to
share your printer. In the example
on this page, the work folder and the music folder are shared.
When you share a folder you are giving someone access to all of your
music, or to your data. You can share
a file, folder, or even the entire hard drive. Sharing information
enables quick, efficient workgroup collaboration.
