Create a Report A good administrator documents the status of a system and any changes to the program. You can generate a report of the Relationships in your database.   Try it: Make a Relationship Report Before you close the Relationship tools, look on the left side for the Tools. Click on Relationship Report.   Microsoft Access will create a report and display it in Print Preview.   If you close the Print Preview, you will see the Report Design Tools. You can edit the default text and formatting with the Print Preview options.
