Database Tools->Relationships

Define Relationships

When you define relationships in a query, you are establishing a temporary link between your data objects.

You can create explicit relationships between tables. Microsoft Access then uses these definitions, or links, when you create queries.

1. Define Database Relationships

This option makes Access bring up a browser window so you can seek the new location. The database will confirm when the links are refreshed.

2. Show Table

At the Show/Table window, select all of the tables in the database.
