Group Schedules
Say there are a half dozen folks who agree to work with you on a
program. Is there a simple way to see all of their
schedules?
Yes. In Outlook, this is called a Group Schedule.
1. Go to the Calendar and find Actions on the tool bar.
Click on View Group Schedule.
2. You should see the Group Schedules. Here, you can add a New
schedule or Open one you have already saved.
For our work, please click on New to create a sample schedule and
name it My Team.
