Working with the Data in Excel

Look at the information in Microsoft Excel. Do you see the two columns for Start Time and End Time? This is the data we need to calculate the duration of the appointments.

One more step: we need to make a new column for the Duration. Select the Category column and go to Home -> Insert->Sheet Columns. Add the label “Duration” to the first row of the new column.
