Administrator: Manage Outlook
Tools -> Options -> Other Outlook
lets you archive old calendars and messages. The
archives will be saved to a Personal Folder (Archive.pst file) that
you can save on your hard drive, a memory stick, or burn on a CD. The
benefit of AutoArchive is that Outlook will remove the old
messages for safe keeping, maintaining a minimum set in your Outlook
data file.
