A little
balloon will pop up in the lower right hand corner. Click on the
balloon.

to Disc
Look on
the toolbar for Burn
to disc

Tips and Tricks
What if you wanted to copy several files at once. Click on a file
then hold the control key on your keyboard as you select a couple
more. Now you can drag and drop them together to the backup drive.
