Administrator: Receipts
The LastName field was used to Group and Sort. This
report shows the customers sorted by last name. That information is
repeated in the Name field.
Try it: Hide the Header
Go to View->Report Design.
Open the Property Sheet.
Select the Last Name Header.
Visible: No.
