The Front Row Video receipt tells you, “Who bought
what?”
The receipt should also say, “When did they buy it?”
You need to look up the people who did not return their movies on
time and contact them.
Here is an outline of the steps:
Start by creating a rental report that lists the
customers, the movies, and the date the movies were rented.
Then, create a query that calculates the Date
Difference, DateDiff(), between the date of the rental and the date
on this report.
