3. Add Fields to the QBE Grid

Which movies are new releases? Here are the steps to find the answer.

 

Select Movie from tblMovieTitles

Drag it down to the first column in the grid.

Select the Year and drag it to the grid, too. 

 

How do you delete the tables and fields?

What if you added a field that you didn't want? First, select the column.

Now, click Delete on the keyboard.

The column, or table, will be removed from your query.
