A Remote Possibility

Remote Assistance includes the options to Chat as well as send files.

When you are done, disconnect the connection. You can save the remote Invitation file and email it to your trusted techie at some future time.

As administrator, you should practice using Windows Remote Assistance. We don't have transporters that allow us to "beam" digitally to another time and location. This is the next best option, so far as we know it.

It’s not as intimidating as it looks. I’ve been there…and I’ll be here for you. When it all gets too frustrating, repeat after me: I AM the administrator.
