Take Control: Clues for the Clueless
Still can’t find your file? Sometimes people save their
files to a removable drive, such as a memory stick. When they take the
USB drive out of the
computer, they can’t find their work. Another possibility is
that the file was never saved. Remember, if YOU don’t save it,
it was probably lost when you turned off the computer.... The
default location in Windows Vista is the Documents folder
on your hard drive.
Smile at the bird: A friend of the Computer Mama’s said that
there should automatically be one place to put all of your stuff.
That’s like buying a car and being told you can only park in row 6B
