International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards

The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) National Educational Standards (NETS) includes the following standards and performance indicators for teachers:

  • Teachers demonstrate a sound understanding of technology operations and concepts.

  • Teachers implement curriculum plans that include methods and strategies for applying technology to maximize student learning
