Robert W. Bauer
Robert W. Bauer is
co-founder and President of Comma Project, LLC. He has over 40
years of experience in auditing, management consulting and
training, computer systems design and implementation, and
software development.
He has served as Chairman of the Board of Bauer & Associates,
Inc., an organization he co-founded in 1978. He was also a
co-founder and Senior Vice President of Aon Consulting’s Loyalty
Institute, from which he retired in 1998. Prior to the founding
of Bauer & Associates, Inc., he served as President of Rensis
Likert Associates. His early career was with Deloitte, Haskins,
& Sells (now Deloitte & Touche).
In addition to his consulting activities, he was Chairman of the
Board of Guest Services, Inc., Washington, D.C., a co-founder of
Technologic Concepts, Inc., and past Chairman of the Board of
the Foundation for Research on Human Behavior.
Mr. Bauer is the co-author of several books, including The
Question Book, and The Question Book Goes Interactive (HRD
Press, 2001, 2002), and The Team Effectiveness Survey Workbook
(Quality Press, 2005).
Mr. Bauer received his AB degree from Dartmouth College, and his
MBA degree from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration
(Dartmouth College).
He is a CPA in the state of Michigan (Inactive). |
