Administrator: Limiting Users
Standard Users have restricted rights. A
Standard User can make, move and keep their own files: print, surf the Internet, and play music.
Standard Users can NOT make any changes that would
affect everyone else that uses this computer.
Only the Administrator has the right to make system
changes. This is the default policy Windows Vista.
Most business offices require careful controls on the
Administrative account. The account should ALWAYS be password
protected.
