User Accounts There are several options for managing your User Account. There is some eye candy where you can change the account picture that is displayed when you log on. Windows Password A good password is at least eight characters long. A character is defined as letters, numbers and symbols (stars, asterisks, exclamation points, etc.) Please don’t use your name: that’s too easy. A password should NOT include your real name, your user name, or  the name of the business where you work.    What's that I hear? You don’t want to mess with logging on? Well, do you lock your car? Do you lock your house? Why not lock your computer?
