Change the Color

The default color for Windows Vista is a glassy frost. You can change the colors.

Try it: Go to the Control Panel

Find Appearance and Personalization

Click on Customize Colors

There is a Color Mixer that you can Show or Hide. You can use the slider to find a Hue that you enjoy. You can also change the Saturation and Brightness.

Memo to self: George Carlin makes fun of the Brightness control on the TV set. He says he keeps clicking on the button, but it's not working. TV just isn't getting any brighter.
