Microsoft has another product that could help you
connect your web forms to a database: FrontPage.
FrontPage is a web-authoring program. Designing a web
page is very easy. When you work with the Edit, Format and Table
menus, you’ll recognize that Word and FrontPage are cousins.
FrontPage offers good table options.
FrontPage writes decent HTML code, even though it
feels like you are driving a supercharged version of Microsoft Word.
