Control+Alt+Delete
Say your graphics program locks up. The technical
definition of lock up is to stop responding to the mouse and menus.
Windows Vista includes a Program Compatibility Assistant that refers
to a database of known issues.
You run the program in spite of the issues, the
program locks up. Then what? When the cussing and swearing is done, press Control and
Alt and Delete on the keyboard. Now, select the
Task Manager.
Here is quicker way to access the Windows Task
Manager: right -click the Task bar at the bottom of your
screen.
