Take Control: Time Properties
When you click on Change, you may be prompted for
the Administrator's name and password. Windows Vista password protects this
function since so many things require accurate date and time.
You can adjust the time by dragging the hands on the
clock or typing in the time slot. You can select AM or PM and change it.
Choose the right one..
