Send to Back and Behind

There are two steps to getting the rainbow picture behind the text and the satellite picture. Try it.

 

Change the Page Layout

Right Click the Rainbow picture

Select Send to Back

This will place the rainbow picture behind the satellite photo.

 

Right Click the Rainbow, again

Select Send Behind Text

This will place the rainbow picture behind the text.
