Review the Video Drivers

The driver properties clearly indicate the date, version and digital signer. Click on Driver Details to learn the name and location of the drivers.

 

The video drivers for this display adapter can be found in the system32\DRIVERS folder. There are also two enabling files, dlls, in the system32 folder.

There's a lot more to understanding hardware and how it interacts with the operating system. This is a good start.
