The Expression Builder

The easiest way to build the expression is to start with the Forms.

 

Try it: Create an Expression

Go to Forms->All Forms.

Select a form: MovieTitleSearch.

When you select MovieTitleSearch, you will see a list of the controls on that form.

 

Select a Control: Double click on the GenreCombo control.

 

This is what you wrote with the builder:

 

[Forms]![MovieTitleSearch]![GenreCombo]

 

Click OK to close the Expression Builder and return to the Query.
